Smart Manufacturing

AMASTek From machine connectivity and production management to predictive maintenance, bringing traditional manufacturing into the smart era

Presents real-time machine status. Easily to be integrated with existed MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Enhance machine operational efficiency. Help managers to be aware of real-time status of materials, manpower and machine.

Industrial Applications

Machine networking

Machine status and inspection values are collected through existing controllers or added sensors and sent to the central control room in real time, forming the basis for production management and abnormality alerts.

Technologies

We provide data collection solutions for all kinds of production equipment, acquiring machine data through communication with existing controllers or by adding sensors where needed.

Cases

  • Data networking of tea production line machines

    • State monitoring of tea making machines
    • The status information of various machines in the tea production line is transmitted back to the main control room through network communication, and the management personnel can easily grasp the status of the equipment on the site.
  • Networking of Enameled Wire Coating Line Equipment

    • Enameled Wire Equipment Connectivity
    • On the enamel coating lines of an enameled wire plant, sensors were added and machines retrofitted so that machine status and inspection values are sent to the central control room in real time for line management and timely maintenance.

Motor predictive maintenance

To enable preventive maintenance for machines, a series of processes and analyses must be carried out that convert collected sensor data to useful information that predicts the health condition of machines and crucial elements.

Technologies

Vibration and current sensors continuously collect motor signals, and machine learning and AI algorithms build equipment health models and recommend maintenance schedules.

Cases

  • Motor predictive maintenance system

    • Motor predictive maintenance system
    • Perform state analysis through sensing information such as motor operating temperature, current, vibration, etc., accurately predict the state of the motor, and arrange maintenance and maintenance work in advance to avoid the risk of sudden failure.

Production management

CPS production management monitoring electronic signage: master the time schedule control after the sales executive confirms the order (reports for each stage of research and development, material purchase, picking and delivery, production assembly, quality inspection to shipment). Smart production traceability management: Retrieving from stock materials, to production and assembly, and finally to the machine to ship the bar code, collecting all material information and quality inspection information.

Technologies

Machine connectivity, industrial-tablet production reporting, barcode scanning and automatic label printing work together with electronic dashboards and a production database to connect shop-floor operations with management information.

Cases

  • Point-Line-Plane Smart Manufacturing for Enameled Wire

    • Jung Shing Wire | From Machine Connectivity to a Supply Chain Quality Platform
    • An enameled wire line cannot stop, so a slow first-article quality decision puts output at risk of scrap. AMASTek and Jung Shing Wire started small with one connected enamelling machine, where tablet-based reporting replaced handwritten records. Digital first-article inspection then connected the workflow between production and QA, the system scaled up to plant-wide reporting, and it now extends to a quality platform linking upstream materials, downstream customers and partner plants. Each phase was rolled out with government program support, and the next step is AI quality prediction.
  • Food Plant Lot Traceability and SAP Integration

    • Jiu Zhen Nan Foods | Shop-Floor Systems from Incoming Inspection to Gift-Box Shipment
    • At a century-old Chinese pastry brand, tablet-based station reporting replaced manual entry in SAP. AMASTek first walked the line to map every step, then wrote the specification; lot numbers created at incoming inspection follow the product through batching, forming, baking, packing and gift-box assembly, and data is written back to SAP once confirmed.
